ServSafe®  Food Safety Class  & Exam (16 Hours)

This class is intended for individuals currently working in the food service industry who want to become ServSafe® certified. Exam passage is required for certification.

Wednesday October 5^th and Thursday October 6^th

9:00AM to 5:00PM (limited space available)

Ohio State Food Safety Requirement:  All risk level I, II, III, and IV food operations that opened on or after March 1, 2010 must have at least one person in charge per shift that is certified in level 1 food protection.
